I had an incredible stay at Kusatsu Hotel Bekkan Wata No Yu. The room was spacious and beautifully designed with a modern minimalist touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main square and Sainokawara Park. The hospitality of the hotel hostess, Miki, was exceptional and made me feel truly welcome. The public bath on the first floor was a fantastic addition, offering two different types of hot water. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kusatsu.

I loved the spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds in traditional Japanese style. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the hot spring park, restaurants, and shopping areas. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.
That I wasn't able to book dinner on arrival, so make sure to inform the hotel beforehand to avoid this. the private onsen was a bit disappointing, but there are plenty of other onsen options to choose from in the area.

The hospitality from the hostess was exceptional, making me feel like an old friend. The location was wonderful, just a short walk from the town center and the main hot springs. The decor of my room was elegant and bright, with large windows providing a great view of the surroundings. The attention to detail and the quality of the provided yukata was impressive. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was unusual but tasty, leaving me wanting more.
Everything was fine; I couldn't ask for more.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Kompetente Betreuung und Information. Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders im Restaurantbereich. Essen sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Es gibt dort nichts, was man nicht lieben könnte.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is superb, just a short walk away from Sainokawara Onsen, allowing me to be one of the first and last to enjoy the open-bath experience. Secondly, the staff, especially Miki, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their perfect command of English was a bonus for someone like me with limited Japanese skills. Lastly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. The modern minimalist design created a light and airy ambiance, and the carefully chosen furnishings added to the overall comfort. The inclusion of a coffee maker and free hot and cold tea in the lounge was a thoughtful touch.
No major issues, just a minor comment that the breakfast could have had a bit more variety. However, it was still tasty and satisfying.
